Some great news in the past couple of weeks:
- We have a location! The Market will be held in the parking lot at the corner of Glenwood and Milwaukie across from the Moreland Theatre in the heart of Westmoreland.
- We have a market manager! Laura Wendel has been hired as the manager. She can be contacted at laura@morelandfarmersmarket.org
- We have a date! The market is currently slated to open May 17, 2006. Vendor preferences or spring weather (in Portland?) may influence this, but make plans to join us then!
- We love vendors! If you’re a vendor looking for a market, please contact us. We’re about to send out market applications and would love to have you join us.
